Spousal & Partner Sponsorship
Married, common-law, or conjugal partners can apply for permanent residence. Processing times range from 8 to 12 months, with applications submitted online. Both in-Canada and out-of-Canada applications are possible, with eligibility criteria varying accordingly.
Dependent Child Sponsorship
Parents can sponsor children under 22 (or older if financially dependent due to disability) for permanent residence. Other relatives, such as siblings or orphans, may qualify under special circumstances.
